How do I leave a product review?Updated 10 months ago

All customers will be asked to review their recent order within 2-3 weeks of delivery.

For product reviews where our customers have expressed disappointment, these are forwarded to our customer service team. They will investigate the issue thoroughly and assist with any necessary resolutions. During this process, the review will not appear on our website. Please note that during peak times, this may cause a slight delay in publication.

For service reviews, we encourage you to visit our Trustpilot page, as these may be removed automatically from product reviews.
