When does your Warehouse Clearance sale start?

Early access for customers opens at 8am on March 31st, which gives exclusive access to shop the sale 24 hours before anyone else. General access opens for everyone at 8am on 1st of April.

How can I sign up for early access to the Warehouse Clearance sale?

Early access is exclusive to customers who have signed up for early access and those who have subscribed to our mailing list. Click HERE to sign up for early access.

I’m already subscribed to your mailing list. Will I automatically get early access to Warehouse Clearance Sale?

Yes. If you are already subscribed, you will automatically receive early access. There is no need to re-subscribe. Just keep an eye on your inbox, and you’ll get early access when it goes live.

Will any products be restocked during the sale?

Warehouse Clearance offers are subject to limited stock availability and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

What happens if I return an item purchased during Warehouse Clearance Sale?

Returned items will be refunded at the discounted price paid, provided you have a valid receipt. For full details, please refer to our returns policy HERE.

Are the Warehouse Clearance Sale offers available on all products?

No, offers are valid only on selected items while stocks last. Product exclusions may apply.

Can I use other discounts or promotions with the Warehouse Clearance Sale offer?

Free Delivery will be offered in tandem with Sale on the 31.03.26 and will be automatically applied at discount. However, Warehouse Sale discount offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discount codes, or to purchase gift card

Is Free Delivery subject to minimum spend/minimum basket?

No, Free Delivery will be offered site wide on March 31st from 8am. However, this is subject to change and may not run for the duration of the sale period.

What happens if there’s an error in pricing or stock availability?

We reserve the right to correct any errors, adjust prices, and amend, add, or remove any product or offer during the promotional campaign period.

Will my order be delayed during Warehouse Clearance Sale?

Due to the high volume of orders during Warehouse Clearance Sale, we have updated our domestic shipping timeframes up to 14 business days.

Why can’t I hold items in my cart?

Unfortunately, we cannot hold items in the cart because we need to ensure that stock is available to all customers in the fairest way possible. Given our limited drops, allowing items to be held in baskets would prevent that stock from being sold to
