To request a return, please visit the An Post Returns Portal. Select 4TH ARQ from the drop-down menu, and provide your Reason for Return and Order Number (Your Order Number is provided by 4TH ARQ at the time of purchase.)
UK/INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:
UK and International customers are responsible for the return of orders back to 4TH ARQ HQ. Please reach out to [email protected] for further information on how to process your return.
KLARNA RETURNS:
Follow the regular return instructions (above) and make sure to keep the tracking number of your return. Log into your Klarna account and select “Report a return” so that your statement is paused. As soon as the customer service team has registered your return, Klarna will send an adjusted invoice.
