If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please send us an email with the following images over to [email protected] so we can assist:
1. The incorrect item(s) received.
2. A close-up of the product label of the incorrect item (clearly showing the barcode)
3. The front of the external packaging (clearly showing the postage label)
Our Customer Service Team will then look into this for you.
