My order is missing an itemUpdated a year ago

We're sorry you are missing an item from your order! Please send us an email with the following images over to [email protected] so we can assist:

1. The front and back of the outside packaging (we need to see if there is damage to the packaging)

2. A clear photo of the postage label (this provides us with a barcode)

3. Each item that you did receive including a close-up of each attached product label (only the side with the product information)

Our Customer Service Team will then look into this for you.
